Thanks for the interest in the lone star quilt !!

for those who asked the pattern I am using is Jelly Stars by Fig Tree Quilts

I was surprised at the ease the block came together once I had "gotten it "

I did find the adding of the background triangles a bit bewildering until I realised that you need to add a

 1 small + 1 large triangle to each star point segment
